Process to turn off the Friendly HTTP error messages
(this will only work in Internet Explorer)
This will show the actual error message rather than a generic one

• Click on the Tools button in the menubar.
  
• Select Internet Options
  You should be able to view this dialog box.
  
• Click on the Advanced tab
• Scroll Down till you see Show friendly HTTP error messages
  
• Uncheck the box and Click OK
• Try to recreate the error you were receiving and report to us what you see now. Thank You
