Since 2000, Sniperdyne has been the product development center for two companies running Exact Software, a global provider and leader of Accounting and Manufacturing Resource Planning Software (MRP). Exact Software is a division of Exact Holding N.V., located in Delft, the Netherlands, and has its North American headquarters in Andover, MA.

Being a product development center and consultant for two companies running Exact, Sniperdyne has first hand experience to develop solutions for real world problems.

In 2002, Sniperdyne started developing the Vendor Relationship Manager (VRM), the first electronic system for Exact Software that allows the vendor to electronically interact with Purchase Orders without the vendor needing any software besides an “internet browser”. 

In 2006, Sniperdyne developed a complete robust e-commerce application within Asimilate that allows the user to control their web site or salesperson portal from the existing data in Exact, allowing no data redundancy.

Today, Sniperdyne and the Asimilate Software is a robust, expandable, enterprise-class platform that has pioneered the concept of customer, salesperson and vendor access. Asimilate Software has successfully been embraced throughout the Exact Software user base for its ability to improve the quality and productivity of any enterprise.
